Since 2003, Erich Sollman has dedicated himself to Cushman & Wakefield. As the Senior Vice President, Erich focuses exclusively on the representation of tenants. Erich Sollman is the only commercial real estate broker who focuses 100% on tenant representation that has technical knowledge and expertise working with Fortune 500 life science and technology companies to venture backed start-ups. He has completed over 4 million square feet of lease transactions representing tenants and over 1 million square feet of sales transactions.

With Cushman & Wakefield’s in-house Corporate Solutions Group, Erich also provides financial and strategic planning, project management, space planning, and “turn key” solutions for his clients. Due to his work ethic and commitment, he has consistently been categorically honored by Cushman & Wakefield as a Top Producer.

Apart from his career, Erich is deeply involved in the San Francisco charitable community. Erich supports a variety of organizations in the area including The American Red Cross, The Raphael House and The Boys and Girls Club. Erich appreciates the work that each of these organizations do and thus tries to support their causes whenever he can. During his free time, Erich Sollman is often spending time with his wife and 2 sons. Erich is also passionate about investing in startup companies in the science and technology space.
